Video clip demonstrating endoscopic resection of a giant duodenal bulb polyp in retroflexion. Resection on forward viewing was not possible. The gastroscope was retroflexed in the bulb and then the polyp was lifted with saline/indigo carmine. The polyp was then resected in a piecemeal fashion using a 33-mm snare. The edges of the polypectomy site were treated with argon plasma coagulation.
