Single-port extragastric and intragastric resection for submucosal tumors. Intragastric surgery performed by direct percutaneous single-port insertion inside the stomach. Sleeve resection of the anterior wall was performed intragastrically through consecutive application of the stapling device. These indications of large gastric tumors not suitable for endoscopic resection were previously treated by formal laparoscopy or laparotomy. A formal single-port gastric resection is also shown for comparison.
